Dr. Duan's current research focus is (1) Recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) transduction biology; (2) Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) gene therapy; (3) Cystic fibrosis (CF) gene therapy; (4) Free radical in muscle function and ageing.
